Orange Bavarian Creme

Serving Size: 4 oz. (1/2 cup)
Ingredients

• 0.3 oz. (1 envelope) of Sugar Free Orange Gelatin
• 1 cup orange juice
• 1 cup fat free evaporated milk
• 1 dollop whipped crème (optional garnish)
• 1 piece canned mandarin orange

Directions

1) Heat orange juice in microwave (1 to 2 minutes)
2) Place heated orange juice in a bowl, add the gelatin powder and whisk until dissolved
3) Pour evaporated milk slowly into bowl
4) Pour mixture into desired mold and refrigerate until set
5) Decorate with whipped crème and mandarin orange
