MusicLive365 Copyright Policy

4. Copyright Ownership Users retain all ownership rights to their User Content. The Company acknowledges that no ownership of User Content is transferred or assigned through the User’s use of the Service.

5. Protection of Intellectual Property The Company respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects Users to do the same. Users must ensure that they have the necessary rights to the User Content they upload and that such content does not infringe upon the rights of any third party.

6. Content Review and Removal The Company reserves the right to review User Content to ensure compliance with this policy and applicable laws. The Company may remove any User Content that is found to be in violation of this policy or that infringes upon the intellectual property rights of others.
