Steps:

1. Prep the skin with Prep + Prime Skin Refined Zone and Matchmaster SPF 15 Foundation.
2. Apply Blot Powder/Pressed in Medium and Prep + Prime CC Colour Correcting Compact in Recharge with a 209 Brush to add some colour to the face.
3. Using a 130 Brush, contour the hollow of the cheeks, along the jawline, the sides of the nose and in the crease on the eyes using M·A·C Studio Finish SPF 35 Concealer.
4. Apply Pro Longwear Paint Pot in Quite Natural across the eyelids and diffuse upwards toward the brow with a 217 Brush.
5. Using a 219 Brush, define the crease of the eye with Eye Shadow in Twinks from It’s Everything / Mariah Carey palette, wrapping the colour all around the eye and along the lower lash line.
6. Blend out the crease with a 287 Brush.
7. Using a 286 Brush, apply Eye Shadow in Images of Rapture, from the same palette, to the outer corner of the eye and blend.
8. To highlight the eye, tap Eye Shadow in Diamond Butterfly, from the same palette, with a 195 Brush onto the centre of the eyelids, on the inner corner of the eyes and under the brow.
9. Line the waterline with M·A·C Studio Chromagraphic Pencil in NC42/NW35
10. Apply Haute & Naughty Too Black Lash to the upper lashes.
11. Cut Lash in Don’t Shame Me / Mariah Carey and apply to the outer lashes.
12. Create a wing using Liquid Eye Liner in This Is My Night / Mariah Carey along upper lash line.
13. Tap Haute & Naughty Too Black Lash underneath the top lashes to fuse the real and false lashes together.
14. Intensify the outer corner of the eyes by tapping Eye Shadow in Images of Rapture with a 219 Brush, blending along the lower lash line.
15. Apply Haute & Naughty Too Black Lash to the lower lashes.
16. Using a 168 Brush, apply Powder Blush in Sweet, Sweet Fantasy / Mariah Carey to the high points of the cheekbones.
17. Using a 287 Brush, apply Eye Shadow in Diamond Butterfly underneath the outer corner of the eyes to highlight the face.
18. Prep the lips using Prep + Prime Lip, making sure to line the outside the lips.
19. Line and fill the lips in with Pro Longwear Lip Pencil in So Dramatique / Mariah Carey.
20. Apply Lipstick I Get So OOC / Mariah Carey to the lips.
21. Mix Lipglass in both Butterfly Bling and Rainbow Interlude / Mariah Carey and then apply directly to the lips.
22. Finish the look by applying Loose Powder in Touch My Body / Mariah Carey to the high points of the face.
