Oven Baked Fries and Foil Packet Fish

Fish:
Ingredients:
2/3 pound cod
1 tbsp olive oil
½ lemon + 1 tsp zest
2 Tbsp fresh or ½ tsp dried parsley
¼ tsp salt
Tinfoil- 24 inches
Directions:
Lay tinfoil on a baking sheet. Place fish in the center of the tinfoil. Drizzle with olive oil and top with salt, lemon zest and parsley.
Bake at 400 degrees F for about 12-15 minutes, depending on the thickness of your fish.
Squeeze lemon over the fish before serving.
Potatoes:
2 medium yellow potatoes
1 sweet potato
1 Tbsp olive oil
1/4 tsp garlic powder
¼ tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper
Directions:
Wash and slice potatoes. Place in a bowl. Add oil, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Mix to cover. Spread on a baking sheet. Bake 425 for 20-25 mins, stirring half way through
